Belmont Hill School 1967 & 1968
Hi BHS alums ,
I have spoken with a few of my BHS classmates . I floated the idea that it could be interesting to have a sharing of pictures , travel experiences and recommended books list . Let me know what you think . Pics could be from back in the day , current pics and anywhere in between . I take lots of wildlife pics especially birds . Travel pics are also a significant % of the files . Any suggestions would be appreciated . Bob Wright , Len Edgerly , Chip Edgerton , Henry Ogilby , Lee Todd , Bob Cushman , Bill Cornish John Fitzgerald Vinny Lynch I will haul out the Year book and add more names , Thinking would be possible to create a closed facebook page or some other app
Hope all is well and hope your 2020 is great

Was out and about early this a m looking for birds at Horseshoe Pond. It was s medium day. In the afternoon I was gardening up a storm. As I looked around the yard I spotted a Common Yellow Throat and glimpsed what I think was a black and white Warbler. Maybe tomorrow I will stay at home and let some more warblers come to me. This was the first time I had seen these warblers at my house. I got this vision os a star wars bar scene of all sorts of warblers hanging out in my back yard laughing their tails off while I meander through the woods and thickets looking for them. Tomorrow it is a cup of coffee in a deck chair in the back yard and let those devious little critters come to me.

Planets Align / Martin Mugar
Recently out in the social media I bumped into Martin Mugar . As things turned out Martin was part of a show that came to the Kimball Jenkins Estate ( http://www.kimballjenkins.com/2015/2/4/vgt6gh2f6w6ulmwaa1pkd8rgrytkmz ) in Concord , NH . I hadn't seen Martin for about 48 years . I happen to live in Concord NH about 2 miles from the venue for the show . We meet at a small gathering at the venue a couple of days before the official " Opening " We had a chance to chat for a bit before the "walk through" that Martin did . It had been a while since I had been to an exhibit and explored some of the styles , concepts and history of art / painting . It was a delightful experience. A couple of days later I attended the opening with the artists present . I was able to go back and take a number of pics of the pieces in the show to serve to remind me as I have since revisited the experience in my mind. On one of the days that the show was being taken down I arranged to drop by and we went out to lunch . Talk was of many things including shared experiences at BHS , the classmates and teachers we remembered . We had very similar recollections of where we were on the day JFK was assassinated . I have always had an interest in the paths we have taken in or lives , some seem likely , some very different.
I would encourage folks to reach out and find out some of the stories our friends and classmates have taken through the years . I have found the process has informed my looking back on my life .
Jump in. I would be intrigued to have other people that crossed paths with me at Belmont Hill chime in. Also recently I have been in contact with Jack Olive . It was delightful sharing where our lives have taken us.
